The "China Art Prize" is the most authoritative and influential national-level award in China's art community, aimed at honoring outstanding works of art that express the spirit of the times and the people, encouraging and guiding artists to reach new artistic heights and create a lasting people’s epic.
This year's "China Art Prize" selected 9 Gold Awards, 14 Silver Awards, and 17 Bronze Awards. The theme sculptures "Flag," "Faith," "Greatness," "Struggle," and "Chasing Dreams," along with the lacquer mural "Ode to the Great Wall," received the Jury Special Award. The theme sculpture "Chasing Dreams" was created by the team led by Professor Li Xiangqun, Vice President of the China Artists Association and Board Member of Shenzhen University. Professor Li attended the ceremony on behalf of the creative team to receive the award and, as Vice President of the China Artists Association, presented medals to the artists who won the Bronze Award at the 14th National Art Exhibition.
