The Division of Arts at Shenzhen University currently occupies laboratory space of approximately 2,409 square meters and exhibition space of around 4,642 square meters, totaling 7,051 square meters, primarily located in three regions: the Zhiyi Building in the South Campus, the Huide Building in the North Campus, and the Art Village in the North Campus.  Additionally, there is an ongoing construction project for an Art Complex Building in the North Campus.

The Division of Arts of Shenzhen University has a laboratory area of approximately 2,409 square meters, mainly located on the first, fourth, fifth and sixth floors of Zhiyi Building, L7, South Campus, Canghai Campus. The Department of Art laboratories are located in the North Campus Art Village and Huide Building.

The main functional laboratories of the School of Fine Arts and Design include: L7-112 Clothing Production Studio, L7-413 Metalworking Model Studio and Handicraft Studio, L7-414 Woodworking Model Studio, Gypsum and Sludge Model Studio and Handicraft Studio, L7-415 Laser Cutting and Engraving Studio, Handicraft Studio and Management Room, L7-416 Bookbinding Silk Screen Printing Room, L7-417 Audiovisual Room and Cultural Innovation Room, L7-513 Precision Instrument Storage Room, L7-514 Input and Output Center, L7-515 Photography Studio, Motion Capture and Freeze Animation Studio, L7-517 Recording Studio, Integrated Rendering and Handicraft Studio, L7-614 Drawing Room, L7-615 Animation Hand Drawing Room, L7-616 Printing and Dyeing Room, L7-617 3D Body Scanning Room and Handicraft Studio, L7-618 Clothing Production Studio Laboratory, Printmaking Laboratory of the Art Department in the North Campus Art Village, Sculpture Kiln Room in Block B of the Huide Building, etc. In addition to the above laboratories, there are also several multimedia classrooms, computer labs, and laboratory management rooms.

The exhibition spaces at the Division of Arts of Shenzhen University cover approximately 4,642 square meters and are located in the Zhiyi Building of South Campus, Huide Building and Art Village in the North Campus. High-usage venues include Shenzhen University Art Gallery, Black Box Theater, Concert Hall, the multifunctional hall on the first floor of Zhiyi Building, and the exhibition hall on the second floor of Zhiyi Building.

Other facilities include: Shenzhen University Division of Arts Museum (under development), located on the third floor of Zhiyi Building, currently in the process of renovation. Student Activity Center on Room 205 of Zhiyi Building, Psychological Health Workshop on Room 207 of Zhiyi Building, Staff Club on Room 939 of Zhiyi Building, Library and Information Room on Rooms 1018/1019 of Zhiyi Building, Performance Therapy Room on Room 504 of Block B of Huide Building, Traditional Cultural Innovation Base on Room 507 of Block B of Huide Building, and other exhibition and activity venues that have provided services and support for the research and teaching activities of various departments and majors of Shenzhen University Art Department, enriching the teaching and extracurricular activities of students.
