10月24日，深圳市政府新闻办举行2025深圳设计周暨深圳环球设计大奖“鲲鹏奖”新闻发布会。深圳广播电影电视集团总经理叶晓滨介绍了2025深圳设计周暨深圳环球设计大奖“鲲鹏奖”的总体情况及特色亮点，并与深圳市文化创意与设计联合会常务副秘书长徐挺、深圳市设计之都运营发展有限公司总经理王溯，深圳大学艺术学部副教授、深圳大学国家形象研究中心设计战略与创新生态研究所所长、《世界设计之都蓝皮书》主编韩晗就相关情况回答记者提问。

《世界设计之都蓝皮书》（全称为《设计之都蓝皮书——世界设计之都创新发展报告2024-2025》），是中国首个设计之都蓝皮书系列丛书的首部报告。蓝皮书由深圳市委宣传部、深圳创意创新设计发展办公室发起，深圳大学艺术学部设计创新城市国际系列研究团队主持编撰，深圳大学国家形象研究中心设计战略与创新生态研究所组织执行，社会科学文献出版社出版（“中国式现代化研究丛书·智库系列”）旨在与全球专家共同探讨“设计之都”如何肩负新时期的社会使命，为城市及区域可持续发展提供源动力。

蓝皮书分为“总报告”“专题篇”“实践篇”“国际案例篇”四大部分，囊括全球多个设计创新城市网络（UCCN、WDC、WDW）的代表性案例及相关实践分析与模式探析。望以此为开端形成的设计之都蓝皮书系列，能够持续与中国乃至全球伙伴一起“以设计为名、以设计为器、以设计为本”共商可持续设计之城的未来发展之路、为中国因地制宜发展新质生产力提供新思路、以“大设计”助力共绘“十五五”高质量发展新蓝图。

Blue Book of the Design Cities (full name: Blue Book of the Design Cities – Annual Report on the Innovation Development of the World Design Cities 2024–2025) is the first-released report under China’s first Blue Book Series of Design Cities. This Blue Book was initiated by Publicity Department of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Shenzhen Innovation & Creative Design Development Office, and published by Social Sciences Academic Press (China). Its was edited by the World Design Cities Series Research Team from Division of Arts, Shenzhen University, and co-implemented by Design Strategy & Innovation Ecology Research Institute at National Image Research Center, Shenzhen University. The purpose is to join hands with global experts to explore how “Design Cities” can undertake their social missions in the new era to drive the sustainable development of cities and regions.

The Blue Book report this year consists of “General Reports”, “Theme Reports”, “Special Practice Reports”, and “International Case Studies”, including variable studies of the representative cases and practices from multiple global design city networks (e.g., UNESCO Creative Cities Network, World Design Organization Design Capitals, World Design Weeks City Network), in the aim of providing theoretical and practical references for the deepening and transformation of the “Design Cities” concept globally, and offering new perspectives for China to develop New Quality Productive Forces in line with local conditions, and jointly contribute to a new blueprint for high-quality development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period leveraging design.
